Neal E. Donahue, provides a wide range of individual and business tax and accounting services. Neal has worked with Frank Crowe for the past 19 years in tax preparation, financial statements preparation and oversight. Neal has over 25 years of individual, business and non-profit experience, including 14 years as a CFO. Neal believes in a comprehensive approach to tax and financial planning, and planning business processes and procedures to maximize the wealth of both the business and it's ownership. Neal provides high quality tax services to both individuals and businesses.
Neal provides high quality accounting guidance to a wide range of businesses. In addition, he has worked one on one with the IRS on extensive tax audits and negotiations which resulted in favorable client outcomes.
Neal graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and obtained an MBA, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has both extensive financial and tax experience working with large regional and International firms. In addition Neal has extensive operational experience in the private sector..
Neal and his wife Lynn make their home in Ashburn, VA.

Frank L. Crowe, CPA, Partner
A Partner here at the firm - Frank L. Crowe began his practice in Leesburg, VA in February of 1989 after graduating from Arizona State University with a BS in Accounting and working as Tax Manager for a Regional Accounting Firm as well as CFO of a large restaurant chain. Frank has been a practicing CPA since 1984. With over 25 years of experience we have helped your neighbors with their accounting issues and made sure that they have kept their taxes as low as the law allows.
Frank lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife Wendy.
